We chose to stay in Sainte-Foy instead of Old Quebec City because it is nearer to the airport. The airport is only accessible by cab, so after experiencing the speed of the taximeter in other cities, it is a wise choice indeed. :)
And on the other way, the bus to Quebec City is just in front of our hotel and a 20-min ride away.
The traffic light in different shapes for different colors. Good for color blind driver. :D
The Old Quebec City is divided into upper and lower town. We explored the upper town first and went down to lower town via the stairs at Petit du Champlain.
Hotel du Parliament
Rue St Louis
It was as if we were transported to Europe again.
Terrasse Dufferin
City of Lewis from Terrasse Dufferin
Chateau Frontenac
Former castle that becomes a luxury hotel.
Petit Champlain
This is my favourite place in Quebec.
Down the stairs to lower town.

Defying gravity?
View of Chateau Frontenac from the lower town.
Notre Dame des Victoires
Gare du Palais (Train Station)
The train station was built like Chateau Frontenac.
It was raining the whole day, and it was also the only day we had to explore Quebec. Tomorrow we had an early flight, and we wouldn't have enough time to come back here again. But luckily the rain did stop for awhile and then start again, so we just had to make the best of it. Ahhh.. this is the only place that I feel regret not staying longer.
